Registration

The conference regular fee covers attendance to all sessions, Welcome Cocktail Reception, morning and afternoon coffees/teas, lunches, Light Sicilian Dinner, Gala Dinner, Art & Culture Italian Dinner, Conference bag with the conference proceeding, programme and information pack. Please note that both oral and poster authors must register by 20 March in order to be included in the Conference Programme.

All fees should be paid in EUR, the indicative EUR price may change due to the exchange rate fluctuation. Please note that you will be required to bear all related transfer fees.

**The student rate does not include the Gala dinner and Social program (Ice breaker, Light Sicilian Dinner, Art and Culture Italian Dinner).

Conference Refund Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 70% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
